Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Original Packaging Quality Check

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Tags must be attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software products with opened seals
  • Custom-built or personalized computers
  • Consumable items (ink, toner, etc.)
  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size:

  2. Explain the reason for exchange
  3. We will arrange for a pickup or provide shipping instructions
  4. Once received, we will ship the replacement item

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
